Huawei, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched its third P9 variant dubbed as P9 Lite. As per the report, the P9 Lite has been officially launched in Germany at a price of EUR 299 (approximately Rs. 22,500). and will go on sale in May.
In terms of specifications, the Huawei P9 Lite comes with a lot of identical innards as the original Huawei P9. Much like the P9, the P9 Lite features a 5.2-inch full HD display having a resolution of 1080*1920 pixels. On the software end, the P9 Lite runs on Android 6.0 based Marshmallow operating system out of the box.

The smartphone is powered by an octa-core 1.7GHz quad-core Kirin 650 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The handset has a 16GB of inbuilt storage, that can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot expansion.
At the camera section, the GSM-based handset bears a 13-megapixel camera at the rear end with LED flash light along with an 8-megapixel front facing camera. Much like the Huawei P9 and P9 Plus, the P9 Lite sport a fingerprint scanner at the back. For the connectivity, the smartphone includes LTE Cat.6, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, and Micro-USB.
Unfortunately, the company has not revealed anything about the Huawei P9 Lite smartphone to be launched in more markets other than Europe.
