Huawei Rolls Out Honor 6X 4GB RAM Variant in India Via Amazon India

Huawei once again has offered a flash sale for it's Honor 6X smartphone in India on Thursday. This time, the company has also made its 4GB variant available for the first time. Previously the company only sold out the 3GB RAM variant with a price tag of Rs 12,999. Both of the variants went on sale via Amazon India at 2PM IST, in which the 4GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 15,999.

The company is also providing some additional offers along with the purchase of the model like 10 percent cash back on SBI credit cards, up to 14GB of free data on select Airtel recharges, and e-Book promotion credits on Amazon worth Rs. 300. The users who missed the registrations for this sale can register for the next sale, next week.

P Sanjeev, Vice President Sales, Huawei India- Consumer Business Group said, “We were delighted by the positive response to the first flash sale and have decided to bring forward the 4GB version ahead of its scheduled date as a thank you to all our customers.”

The highlighting feature of the Android smartphone is its dual camera setup, which includes a 12-megapixel Sony IMX 386 sensor with PDAF and a 2-megapixel shooter right below it, which helps in providing depth-of-field or Bokeh effect along with a combined wide aperture range of f/0.95 - f/16. An 8-megapixel front shooter with a 77-degree wide-angle lens and 1.25-micron pixels is also provided by the company for selfie lovers.

Further specifications of the Dual-SIM handset includes a 5.5-inch full-HD display of resolution 1080 X 1920 pixels along with 403 ppi of pixel density and 2.5D Curved Glass protection. It is powered by a Kirin 655 octa-core (4 cores at 2.1GHz + 4 cores at 1.7GHz) SoC and runs EMUI 4.1 OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which will soon be upgraded to EMUI 5.0, based on Android 7.0 Nougat.

The GSM handset is powered by a 3340 mAh battery with fast charging support, which is capable of charging your device completely in 2.5 hours. The battery of Honor 6X is capable of delivering up to 600 hours of standby time and up to 11.5 hours of video playback. Connectivity options of the device include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS/ A-GPS. It also packs accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and a magnetometer as sensor part of it.
