Indian based smartphone maker Intex recently listed Aqua Strong 5.1 smartphone on its website. The company in its latest reports has now officially launched the handset in India for a price of Rs 4,999 and the device will be made available for purchase to its users in three different colors i,e., Champagne, White and Blue.
On the display front, the Android smartphone operates on latest Android v6.0 Marshmallow OS and sports a 5-inch HD display giving a resolution of 854x480 pixels and is additionally protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2. Keshav Bansal Director of Intex Technologies stated, “With Aqua Strong 5.1, Intex Technologies has managed to offer not only the best user experience but also packed with unique features like a superior camera, matrabhasha and popular apps. The use of superior Quad core processor and chipset gives Aqua Strong 5.1 provides one of the best gaming experience in the range.”
Under the hood, the GSM-device gets powered by the A53 1.0 GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6735 processor with an additional support of 1GB RAM and 8GB of built-in storage capacity that can easily be made to expand up to 32GB using an external microSD card.
On the camera front, Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 offers a 5-megapixel camera alongside the 2-megapixel camera present on the front side. Both the cameras offer additional features like smile detection, face beauty and voice capture that promise of giving an awesome click experience to the users.

To entice its customers more, the company is also giving its smartphone with Reliance Jio's Welcome Offer that makes it compatible with 4G networks. For those who aren't aware, Reliance Jio offers unlimited data and voice service to all its users till December 31 as a part of its Welcome Offer. Not just this, the users also get exclusive access to wide range of Jio Apps for entertainment, music, video streaming, etc.
Users always like to be on-the-go these days and hence it is important for them to have a smartphone that provides good battery backup. Taking into consideration the same factor, the company has provided the smartphone with a 2800mAh battery that promises of giving 19 days of battery backup. Talking about the connectivity features inscribed in the device, the users aren't disappointed at all as the device includes WLAN, 4G, 3G, 2G, 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 LE, GPS/AGPS support.
One must not forget that Intex launched its Aqua S7 smartphone for Rs 9,499 recently. The device offers a 5-inch HD IPS display with a 2.5D DragonTrail glass for additional protection. It operates on Android v6.0 Marshmallow OS and comes along with a 64-bit Quad core processor and 3GB of RAM. The device comes with a fingerprint scanner placed below the 13-megapixel rear camera with flash and for selfie lovers, the device offers a 5-megapixel secondary camera.
