Lenovo recently launched the K8 Note to bolster its K series of the smartphone along with a major step to ditch its vibration Pure UI for the stock Android interface. Before its launch Lenovo was also reported to be functioning on another K series smartphone, dubbed K8 Plus, that got listed on a benchmark listing website. Lenovo India has currently confirmed the launch of K8 Plus on Twitter. Besides, Flipkart has officially announced that the handset will be unveiled on 6th September, and solely sold on the e-commerce website in India.
Lenovo K8 Plus Launch in India
On Tuesday, Lenovo India announced a teaser video of K8 plus on Twitter, showing a dedicated media button on the left side of the smartphone. The tagline that accompanies the video teaser reads, “Do you look into your smartphone and forever #KraveForMore? it is time to end that with the new and powerful Lenovo K8 Plus. coming soon!”.
The Upcoming Lenovo K8 Plus is going to be a mid-range smartphone, whose price will only be disclosed at the time of launch. Lenovo will also be going ahead with its latest move to ship stock android to this smartphone, with the newest Android Nougat version. Moreover, Flipkart says that the handset is also expected to sport a dual rear camera, as per the social media teaser announce by Lenovo that shows bokeh effect in action. Lenovo also confirms that the Lenovo K8 plus comes with a good camera and smooth performance.

Lenovo K8 Plus was spotted on Geekbench, where some of its specifications were revealed. The smartphone can be expected to come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat Operating System, battery-powered by 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor and will be coupled with 3GB RAM.
TO recall, Lenovo K8 Note in India comes at a starting price of Rs.12,999. Lenovo K8 Note features a unibody metal design and a 5.5-inch full HD display with the resolution of 1080x1920 pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. K8 Note is backed by 4000mAh battery and 15W rapid charger. On the camera front, the handset is equipped with dual camera setup of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 13-megapixel front shooter with LED flash for capturing the selfies. For the connectivity options, the smartphone comes with dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Lenovo K8 Note comes in two variants- 3GB and 4GB RAM. With 3GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage which is priced at Rs 12,999, while the second variant comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage priced at Rs. 13,999.
