Lenovo P90 @CES 2015: First Intel's 64-bit based Smartphone

This CES, the popular PC maker company Lenovo has proved itself in the smartphone business too by showcasing its devices in Las Vegas - two smartphones Vibe X2 Pro and P90, and a smart band. We have provided the information of Vibe X2 Pro in earlier report. Here we are talking about the first smartphone with 64-bit Intel Atom processor, P90.

The elegantly designed smartphone keeps the capability to lure customers with its impressive aesthetic. Lenovo has blessed this smartphone with Intel's 64-bit Atom 1.8GHz quad-core processor and created a new list where it ranked first for the same. Lenovo P90 also comes embedded with LTE-Advanced (FDD and TDD) connectivity option. This network connectivity can offer 150Mbps download speed in theory.

This single SIM handset features a 5.5-inch IPS display that puts it in the category of phablet. The potent 4000mAh battery is packed inside the P90 to offer around two days of backup. Other specification includes 1080p screen resolution, 32GB built-in storage, 2GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stablization, and a 5-megapixel front shooter.

According to The Verge report, the company will be targeting the business professionals by launching this smartphone. However, the US people will not be able to taste this Lenovo handset at all. The company has given this device a price tag of $499 which will be going to sale in spring season in three color options. The company has also unveiled Vibe band VB 10 and two budget tablet devices also in the event.
