HMD Global, the organization that now holds the rights to create smartphones under the brand - Nokia, surprised the smartphone industry on Sunday as the company launched its first Nokia Android smartphone - Nokia 6. Despite the fact that the organization was tipped to mark Nokia's arrival to the smartphone market in 2017, hardly anyone anticipated the comeback to be so soon.
The Nokia 6 smartphone, which was launched solely for China, packs a 5.5-inch full-HD display wrapped in 2.5D Gorilla Glass. The handset is controlled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inside storage. The double SIM smartphone houses a 3000mAh non-removable battery. The Nokia 6 has been valued at 1,699 CNY (Approx. Rs. 16,750) and will be made accessible in mid-2017.

But right now, an entry-level Nokia handset, which was prior spilled in live pictures, has now been revealed in latest leaks. The specifications leaked about the Nokia E1 budget smartphone states that it will have either a 5.2-inch or 5.3-inch display with screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels, according to a report by NokiaPowerUser.
The Nokia E1 is rumored to run Android Nougat and has been tipped to be controlled by a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor combined with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 308 GPU. As far as optics, the Nokia E1 is expected to come packed with a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front shooter. It must be noted that the price of the smartphone has not been revealed as of now, but it is expected to be declared by HMD Global at MWC 2017 next month.
