Samsung Launches Galaxy J3 Pro In India: Exclusively Available Via Paytm Mall At Rs. 8,490

Samsung, the Korean mobile maker, has launched a new smartphone dubbed as Galaxy J3 Pro, expanding it's 'J' series in India. The handset has been priced at Rs. 8,490 and will be exclusively available to buy from Paytm Mall from April 6th. It must be noted that the Samsung has been in the headlines for the launch of flagship smartphones Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.

The Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro was initially launched in China, in the month of June 2016. The phone has comes with metal-like outline design, similar to the other J-series Samsung smartphones. Along with the S bike mode feature with special handsfree functions for bikers, this latest smartphone in India also features signature home button. The Galaxy J3 Pro supports 4G, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, NFC, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB connectivity options.

On the specification front, the Galaxy J3 Pro operates on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has support for the dual-SIM. The device has a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) Super AMOLED display and has been powered by a 1.5GHz Spreadtrum quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The handset has 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB. As far as the camera is concerned, this latest Samsung mobile in India comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture along with a 5-megapixel front camera. Further, the rear camera is capable of recording full-HD videos at 30fps. The Galaxy J3 Pro has been incorporated with a 2600mAh battery and will be available to buy in Black, White, and Gold color variants.

This launch will give Paytm Mall consumers the opportunity to buy ‘Galaxy J Series’ which is the largest selling range in India."
