The Taiwanese mobile maker: HTC has already launched a number of smartphones of One family: One M9, One M9+, One E9 and E9+ in previous months, but it seems tech giant is not contented by bringing all these high-end phones and working on yet another scion of series, called ME9. By the courtesy of @upleaks, an image of this unannounced mobile phone has come into view as well as tipster has revealed almost specs of gadget.
Codenamed as Hima-Ace, phone is basically a cheaper variant of premium-looking: One M9+, which has been claimed to go on sale with a price tag of CNY 3,500, while ideal model carries a price tag of CNY 4,999 in China. The main reason behind this lower price is, firm has crafted its back cover with Polycarbonate and adopted metal to design its frame only, whereas original version features dual-tone all-metal body. The one more interesting point here is abandonment of duo camera setup, which we usually see in One lineup of handsets.
As per informant, forthcoming device is powered by a 2.2GHz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor and fueled by a 2900mAh Li-ion battery. Rest of the specs are identical to One M9+, this unofficial mobile bears a 5.2-inch WQHD display and decked with a fingerprint scanner. The inclusion of a 20-megapixel primary camera with dual LED flash alongside a 4MP UltraPixel or 13-megapixel front sensor is also expected.
Memory-wise, HTC One ME9 will come with 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, which can be extended upto 128GB via a microSD card. Featuring Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with firm's own Sense 7, handset will come in Classic Rose Gold, Gold Sepia and Meteor Gray color options. Moreover, smartphone will initially hit the marketplace of Asian regions such as India, Hong Kong and Taiwan in July, while it won't make its way to EMEA and US.
