Despite being in the limelight due to upcoming scion of one lineup: M9, HTC is preparing to add a new successor in Desire series, called Desire 620. As per the reports of a Bulgarian website, Nixanbal, the Taiwan based mobile maker is working on a mid-range smartphone that could be launched in Bulgaria in January. Whereas, some sources have predicted that it could be priced at $320 that is roughly Rs. 19,700.
Here, the informant has leaked all most specifications of this unannounced mobile phone as well as a bunch of images have been shared over the internet. Judging the emerged pictures, then it seems like upcoming device is a replica of Desire 610 in some aspects. For instance, it's decked with removable plastic back and dual front-facing speakers just like its predecessor.
According to reports, device is expected to be announced in two variants: Desire 620h & Desire 620u, where former will only support 3G network, while second one will be 4G LTE capable. Apart from connectivity option, both models might be coupled with identical specs. The handset is speculated to be comprised with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64-bit quad-core processor along with an Adreno 306 GPU. It has been said that Desire 620 will bear a 5-inch scree-size, but there is no word regarding its pixel resolution.
Though, availability of 1GB RAM alongside 8GB of internal storage and support for a microSD card slot has been mentioned, but there is no information about its maximum storage capacity. Touching the subject of imaging, then it will be outfitted with an 8-megapixel primary shooter and its front panel will be equipped with a 5-megapixel selfie snapper.
Handheld will be powered by a 2,100mAh battery and might be loaded with Google's Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS with HTC's own Sense 6 interface. Well, we are yet to hear some official announcements regarding this mobile because tech giant has not spilled the beans from its new creation till now.
