The fully-faired version of the really successful Suzuki Gixxer is almost on its way. As of now, the upcoming motorcycle is named as Suzuki Gixxer SF. The manufacturer has already started the production of the upcoming motorcycle, as it was being spotted in bulk inside the manufacturing facility of Suzuki. It seems that the firm doesn't really want anyone to wait for the faired version motorcycle for months. As, the Suzuki Gixxer had gone through months of waiting after the official announcement. The naked motorcycle has made its appearance on 9th September, 2014 and since then it is performing quite good in the Indian two-wheeler market, leaving behind the other performers.
Mechanically, the Suzuki Gixxer SF is sharing its complete technical framing from its naked brother. It will be powered by the exceptionally designed single-cylinder, air-cooled motor. Carrying an engine displacement of 154.9cc, it is tuned to fetch out an amazing power of 14.6 BHP @ 8000 revs and 14 Nm of torque @ 6000 RPM. The engine of the Suzuki Gixxer SF is mated to a 5-speed transmission. The suspension duties have been taken care by telescopic front forks and Swing arm Mono suspension at the rear. The braking power is provided by single-disc brake at the front and drum at the rear.
Being a fully-faired motorcycle, the Suzuki Gixxer SF is equipped with a colorful front livery carrying attractive graphics. The spotted motorcycles are painted with Black and Blue color livery. The motorcycle is also featuring a transparent windshield. The offered colors of the Suzuki Gixxer SF are Metallic Grey, Glass Sparkle Black, Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Triton Blue and Candy red. The naked Suzuki Gixxer is already doing quite well in the two-wheeler segment. We will be hoping the very same performance from the Suzuki Gixxer SF to compete with the existing competitors positioning well in the market.
