ZTE Introduced Nubia Z17 With Quick Charge 4+ And 8GB RAM

ZTE, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm, unveiled its brand new Nubia Z17 smartphone at an event in Beijing on Friday. The smartphone is undoubtedly a package of highlighting feature, as it features a dual-camera setup at the rear side, Snapdragon 835 SoC, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, and Qualcomm’s newly announced Quick Charge 4+.

The handset will be available in 3 variants based on memory, which includes a 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant pariced at CNY 2,799 (Rs 26,400 approx), a 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant priced at CNY 3,399 (Rs. 32,100 approx), and an 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant priced at CNY 3,999 (Rs. 37,700 approx).

The company has also provided an option for the consumers to choose from five colour options of the Dual-SIM smartphone including Aurora Blue, Black Gold, Obsidian Black, Solar Gold, and Flame Red. The handset comes with no bezels on the left and right edge, but the top and bottom chins have bezels to support sensors, front camera and more. The smartphone is blessed with a sleek metal unibody design language along with a dual camera setup at rear top and a fingerprint sensor at the rear middle of it.

In terms of specification, the Android smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based on Nubia 5.0 UI. It is powered by the latest Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. As we have mentioned above the device packs dual camera setup at the rear side, which includes one 23-megapixel and one 13-megapixel lens that support 2x optical zoom, 10x dynamic zoom, f/1.8 aperture, LED flash support, and more. A 16-megapixel front shooter is also provided by the company for selfie enthusiasts.

The GSM handset is backed up by a 3200mAh battery along with a support of Qualcomm’s latest Quick Charge 4+, which means that the device can be charged up to 50 percent in just 20 minutes.Additionally, the company has also introduced a new feature called NeoPower 3.0, which essentially suspends unnecessary background processes amping up battery life to up to 2.4 days in a single charge. Connectivity options on the board include Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Infrared port, and USB Type-C port.
