All new 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV can be seen thorugh official pictures released. It gets slightly smaller headlamps and a wider grille housing. The front bumper contains chunks and makes a strong muscular appearance of the SUV. The company is likely to offer options with the grille design types on the GLE, along with the vertically slotted Panamericana grille available with the new Mercedes models.
Considering the sides, the large wheel arches get styling updates like the typical Mercedes SUV appearance. The rear side gets longer wraparound tail-lamps and chrome finish with the tailgate.

From the Images, the interior seems to get two 12.3-inch digital displays, steering wheel with 18 controls comprising the horizontal spokes with two touch-sensitive pads and a larger touchpad in the centre console.
The gear selection is made using stalk on the steering portion which creates more space for the positioning of the two large cupholders. The new-gen GLE is likely to get a bit larger footprint as compared to the predecessor. The SUV uses MHA (Modular High Architecture) platform related to the Modular Rear Architecture setup which is the main basis of the S-class, the E-class, and the C-class.

The company will offer various powertrain options comprising four- and six-cylinder diesel and petrol engines. Some markets will obtain plug-in hybrid variants of the SUV. The high-performance GLE 450 4Matic will offer 367hp with all drive system. We expect that the company will launch the new GLE SUV in India by the next year.
